The other half of each CLAY-BTC generated from this project will be owned by the countries. In many cases it may be the first official BTC that a country has. It consists in framing each paper template (Records) that was used in mining process. The 13 Registries must circulate in official government spaces, preferably in the facilities of their Central Bank. This circulation can be permanent (the State receives and conserves the work) or a short transit (exhibited in offices, corridors, art spaces within those buildings). In both of these cases, it is established that the country earns the ownership of these pieces. Each country will own 13 pieces, equivalent to 6.5 BTC in the real economy.
