In each country a series of 13 CLAY-BTC must be produced. A part of the work must circulate in a local artistic medium (exhibitions, publications, specialized interviews, etc.). Then, a complex task: getting the other part of the work to circulate in an official instance associated with the political power or economy. It must circulate temporarily or permanently in at least one office (Central Bank or similar, offices of the Presidency, Parliament or Congress). This participation gives the country permanent and non-transferable ownership of half the nominal price of the work.
